Retail and Product refund or exchange POlicy:
Any product or retail purchased can be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase date.
No refunds on Gift Card purchases
Card information is required to officially book an appointment with us.
Our Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of your scheduled services.
