Our refund or exchange POlicy:
This policy lasts for 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of your scheduled services.
This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and ensures that our styliest time is respected. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
