Facial, or Facial & Skin Rejuvenation Service or Package Reminders

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to change into your robe, get comfortable for your service, and enjoy our relaxation room. When booking a spa appointment, you’ll have access to both the relaxation room and outdoor lounge area before and after your treatment.

All clients must complete a Form before their first service. If there have been any changes to your health, medications, or other relevant information since your last visit, please update us by completing a new form prior to your next treatment.

Before Your Appointment

If you’ve had injectables or medications:

• Wait 2 weeks after Botox or filler injections.

• You must be off Accutane for at least 6 months before treatment.

Inform your esthetician if you are:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• Managing any medical conditions or allergies

• Have used Accutane within the past year

• Have had peels, resurfacing, or advanced exfoliation within the past 30 days

One Week Before

• Stop using exfoliants, scrubs, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and enzyme treatments.

• Avoid tanning beds and limit sun exposure.

• Use gentle skincare only; do not introduce new products.

• Avoid chemical peels or resurfacing treatments unless approved.

One Day Before

• Discontinue active products (retinol, benzoyl peroxide, strong acne treatments).

• Stay hydrated.

• Do not exfoliate or shave the treatment area.

Day of Your Facial

• Arrive with clean skin or minimal makeup.

• Avoid heavy workouts beforehand.

For Men:

• Shave 12–24 hours before your appointment (not immediately before).

• Use gentle shaving products; avoid alcohol-based aftershaves.

• Trim beards in advance for better product application.

Aftercare

• Mild redness is normal; downtime is minimal.

• Avoid makeup, heat, and intense activity for the rest of the day if advised.

• Follow all post-facial instructions from your esthetician.

Post-Treatment Timelines

Activity: Wait Time

Waxing (before treatment): Same day is okay

Waxing (after treatment): Wait 3–5 days

Shaving treated area: Wait 2–3 days

Retinoids or exfoliation: Wait 2–3 days

Peels or resurfacing: Wait 7–10 days (unless approved)

Spray tan: Same day after treatment (on clean skin)

Peels & facials: Cannot be done on the same day

Brow lamination: Not on irritated or freshly exfoliated skin; not same day

Lash lifts & tints: No facials or steam for 48 hours after; if same day, do facial first
